Returns & Replacements
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used cosmetic products. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer a free replacement.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a replacement, please email infogoosecosmetics@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your request, our team will guide you through the process and ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
Important Notes:
- Replacements are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- We do not issue refunds for change of mind, allergic reactions, or used/opened products.
- Samples and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Requests submitted after the 10-day window may not be accepted.
