Shipping Times & Methods
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available for an additional fee)
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. We ship all orders same day or next business day when possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Regions
Goose is based in Illinois and currently ships only within the United States, including all 50 states (Hawaii and Alaska included).
We do not ship to: American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Armed Forces regions (Americas, Europe, Pacific).
Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: on domestic orders $159 and above
- Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $6–$8 on orders below $159 (exact fee depends on location)
- Express Shipping: cost calculated at checkout based on location and order size
- Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot change it after the order is placed. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will deduct $6 from your refund for return shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
All shipments are insured and tracked. If your package is lost, stuck, or returned during transit, contact us. We will resend your order with priority shipping when possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Customs, Taxes & Fees
Prices include sales tax in Illinois. Other states may charge additional taxes or duties upon delivery — these are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover customs fees or delays caused by customs.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes after checkout for a full refund. Once the order is shipped, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed.
